1. Click on Windows icon in the bottom (start).Click on E-mail (Windows Mail).
2. If you are running Windows Mail for the first time, you can start from step 6, if not follow the instruction from step3.
3. Click on the Tools menu and then click on Accounts...
4. On the window that appears click on the Add... button.

5. On the next screen, ensure E-mail Account is highlighted then click Next.
6. Enter your name and click Next.
7. Enter your email address (your username@introport.ca ) and click Next.
8. On the next screen select/fill in the following:
1) Incoming e-mail server type, click on the down arrow and select pop3.
2) Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server should be mail.introport.ca
3) Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name should be mail.introport.ca
4) Ensure there is no check mark in the box before Outgoing server requires authentication.
 
5) When completed, click Next.
9. on the next screen select/fill in the following:
a) Type your username (first part of your email address before @ sign) in the Email username box
b) Enter your password in the password box
c) click Next.
10. On the final screen click Finish and then click Close on the remaining screen.
